Delhi University:

The University of Delhi was established in 1922. It provides various courses that prove beneficial for the students studying in the Delhi university. The delhi university south campus was established to solve the problem of the students residing in south Delhi. With the strong determination, and commitment by the students and faculty of the Delhi University, it is now one of the role model for other universities in the country. The delhi university south campus proves a stepping stone for those students residing in south delhi. At the beginning of the university only three colleges were affiliated to it, with two faculties and 750 students. At present the University of Delhi has 16 faculties, 86 academic departments, 77 colleges and 5 other institutes with 132435 regular students and 261169 distance education students all over the country.
